Going to the difficult choice of selling and moving out of the best neighbourhood we reached out to Megan who knows the area better than most. We thought we were getting someone to sell our house but what we got was so much more than that. She was always a text away with quick responses for all our needs and advice. She was at my home the next day and helped me stage my it for the amazing pictures that followed.  Once the house was sold, Megan helped me sell my furniture (I'm heading overseas for a while) using her own Facebook profile as I can't seem to get on there.  She'd forward buyers to me and I'd "close" those sales.  lol Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe how dedicated Megan is where selling your home is concerned.
